This is a clever way of picking / opening those Kryptonite U-Locks for the bikes. Just when you though that expensive lock was secure think again. This is a bad thing once it falls into the wrong hand's like a petty theif.

Like phrase I learned years ago - Hackers Rule: Anything can be hacked it's only a matter of time.
