I hope that one day someday I would invent something. I want to do some thing where I will leave my mark in society. Something that is acceptable and not illegal. To be an innovator, like the inventors of old.

I would like to go hiking one day. I went to the brigade quarter master web site and I was able to look at some interesting items. I would like to have one of those Spec Ops / RTO back packs. However they are expensive.

Things that would be great to have.
Canteen, canteen cover
Pistol belt
Sleeping bag
stove
hiking boots
first aid kit

Cicada - Everyone seems to be going "gaga" over them. I myself on the other hand am not. I first encountered these critters or a different species of cicadas when I was at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn in 1994. Those insects are ugly indeed. In addition, one of those ugly critter's got on my uniform. Then I encountered them in South Korea in Camp Colbern. When they get indoors they make so much noise.
