Obama wins 2009 Nobel Peace Prize US President Barack Obama has won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. The Nobel Committee said he was awarded it for "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and co-operation between peoples". There were a record 205 nominations for this year's prize. The laureate - chosen by a five-member committee - wins a gold medal, a diploma and 10m Swedish kronor ($1.4m). I just finished watching "The Pursuit of Happiness" with Will Smith and his son. I nearly choked up and cried at the end, something that is hard for me to do. It's amazing that someone after so much adversity would come out on top. If it was me in my past or present state I would of given up. For those into success stories "The Pursuit of Happiness" is a must see. One should keep a positive inspirational story in their home DVD library.

As I was surfing around I managed to wade my way from Technorati , to Digg then YouTube. I stumbled across a work of art by a talented graphic artist by the name of Ahree Lee. Now Ahree has a very interesting project. She decided to take snap shots of herself every day starting in 2001 and ending in 2004. The graphic art film entitled "Me" is wonderful in my opinion.
